CranioSacral Therapy is a light-touch modality developed by American osteopath John Upldeger. It can release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance by affecting the central nervous system–the brain and spinal cord–which are responsible for all bodily functions.
Treatments include a variety of techniques that are all gentle and done while either fully clothed or with draping if you prefer direct skin contact with oil or lotion.
A series of sessions is useful in creating lasting tissue changes, then followed up with regularly scheduled maintenance.
